ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, photographs, ingredients, sizes, weights, prices, and availability accurately.

Because Aurevita products are handcrafted in small batches and screens display colors differently, variations in color, shape, scent, texture, weight, packaging, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

We may update products, packaging, ingredients, pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time.

Customers should review the ingredient list shown on the product packaging before use, especially if they have allergies or sensitivities.

PERSONAL-CARE AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Aurevita products are cosmetic or personal-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

Use products only as directed and for their intended external use. Avoid contact with the eyes unless the product instructions specifically state otherwise.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Shipping restrictions
• Product limitations
• Other reasonable business concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment, billing, contact, and shipping information.

PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or product-information errors before accepting or shipping an order.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, discount codes, free products, and free-shipping offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, and availability.

Unless expressly permitted, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

The Buy 3, Get 1 Free promotion applies only to eligible products in the Build Your Own Set collection. Customers must add four eligible products to the cart. The promotion will discount one qualifying product according to the discount rules displayed in the cart.

The free-shipping minimum is calculated after product and order discounts. Customers must have an eligible order subtotal of $30 or more after discounts to receive free standard shipping.

We may modify or end promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant Aurevita a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove customer content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Aurevita’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
